Rossendale Bed and BreakfastFrom Rossendale B&B Geoff and Anne welcome you to the Rossendale B&B, in Chiseldon, Wiltshire, a few miles south-east of Swindon. We will wecome you with comfortable accommodation, warm hospitality and a hearty breakfast! The rooms are spacious and comprise a double (or family) en-suite, a twin and a single with Private bathroom. All rooms have TV and internet access. Hairdryer, iron and ironing-board also available. Breakfast is served in the dining / conservatory area in an informal setting of a large family kitchen, where all fresh ingredients are prepared and cooked to order. Special diets may be catered for subject to prior arrangements. Residents are also welcome to enjoy our colourful patio and garden, weather permitting. There is ample parking for cars on the driveway. Rossendale is situated on the edge of the quiet village of Chiseldon which nestles under the lee of iron-age Liddington Castle. We are surrounded by lovely country walks and immediately opposite the old railway line to Marlborough, which is now a picturesque cycling / walking path. The partially restored Washpool conservation area is at the end of Station Road, and it is possible to walk / cycle along the old railway path right through to Coate Water Country Park. The B&B lies conveniently close the ancient Ridgeway and Barbury Castle is close-by. Marlborough is 7 miles and Avebury 9 miles.
